Every item is carefully crafted on demand, specifically for you. This ensures that your product is unique and tailored to your preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Why? Each product is made-to-order, reducing waste and ensuring that we only create items you truly want. This also means that we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
  • We kindly ask that you double-check your order details, such as sizes, colors, and customization preferences, before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we are committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, please:
    1. Contact our support team  within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos of the item and packaging.

What We Do for Damaged or Defective Items

  • After reviewing your claim, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund if applicable.
